Als Talent Sourcer ondersteun je de recruiters bij de werving en selectie van onze RPO accounts. Jij kent de wereld van online search als geen ander en weet o.a. via jobboards, communities en social media potentiële medewerkers te vinden voor verschillende vacatures. De profielen waarvoor je werft, variëren van marketeers, retail medewerkers tot ICT'ers. Het doel? Dankzij jou komt de juiste persoon op het juiste moment op de juiste plek. Like! Omdat je voor meerdere opdrachtgevers werkt, is een copy-paste werkmethode niet mogelijk. Dat maakt dat jij elke dag weer met nieuwe ideeën het web afstruint om het juiste talent te vinden.
