Jij zorgt dat vacatures die via onze adviseurs of portals binnenkomen, snel en goed worden ingevuld. Je voert gesprekken, onderhandelt en vergroot jouw zichtbaarheid op LinkedIn. Jouw belangrijkste werkzaamheden: - Zoeken en benaderen van kandidaten via LinkedIn Recruiter. - Voeren van intakes en sollicitatiegesprekken. - Onderhandelen over arbeidsvoorwaarden. - Schrijven van vacatureteksten en vergroten van jouw zichtbaarheid op LinkedIn. - Verwerken van ziekmeldingen en opbouwen van dossiers volgens de Wet Verbetering Poortwachter. Kenonz is dé specialist in arbeidsbemiddeling binnen de publieke sector.
