Voor onze vestiging in Zwolle zoeken we een Talent Specialist (Recruiter) die samen met de adviseurs verantwoordelijk wordt voor de werving, selectie en begeleiding van onze professionals. Of jouw focus straks ligt op het sociaal domein (zoals Jeugd, Wmo en Werk & Inkomen) of op bedrijfsvoering (zoals Finance, HR en Juridisch): we kijken samen naar waar jouw kwaliteiten, affiniteit en energie het beste tot hun recht komen. Jouw rol als Talent Specialist Als Talent Specialist ben jij de cruciale schakel tussen schaars talent en onze opdrachtgevers binnen de overheid. Je bent geen snelle cv-schuiver; je luistert naar iemands echte drijfveren, voert diepgaande selectiegesprekken en bouwt aan een warm, kwalitatief netwerk. Samen met de adviseurs vorm je een vaste tandem: zij kennen de opdrachtgever, jij kent de kandidaat. Bovendien begeleid je professionals gedurende hun hele loopbaan bij Kenonz: van het eerste appje en contractbeheer tot nazorg en loopbaanbegeleiding.
