Jij richt je specifiek op het werven en selecteren van docenten voor het mbo, voortgezet onderwijs (vo) en speciaal voortgezet onderwijs (vso). Een uitdagende rol waarin jouw mensenkennis en wervingskracht direct bijdragen aan goed onderwijs! Je bent van A tot Z verantwoordelijk voor jouw kandidaten: je zoekt actief naar bevoegde en enthousiaste docenten via LinkedIn, jobboards en netwerken, schrijft aantrekkelijke vacatures en beoordeelt zelfstandig wie je uitnodigt. Je voert de kennismakingsgesprekken, onderhoudt intensief contact met de docenten en maakt de contracten op wanneer de match rond is. Hierin werk je nauw samen met jouw collega-consultant: samen sparren jullie inhoudelijk over de specifieke behoeften van scholen en onderwijsinstellingen om zo de perfecte docent op de juiste plek te krijgen. Functieprofiel Talent Specialist Onderwijs - Achtergrond: Je hebt minimaal 1 jaar ervaring als recruiter (of Talent Specialist) en bent toe aan een mooie vervolgstap waarin je écht impact kunt maken. - Competenties: Communicatief sterk, nieuwsgierig, zelfstandig en doortastend. Je kunt je goed verplaatsen in wat docenten in het mbo, vo en vso beweegt en zoekt. - Affiniteit: Echte passie voor mensen en sterke affiniteit met (of nieuwsgierigheid naar) het onderwijsdomein. - Skills: Handig met social media, LinkedIn Recruiter en slimme wervingstechnieken.
