Daarom zoeken we een Talent Specialist die zich specifiek gaat richten op het sociaal domein (denk aan o.a. Wmo, Jeugd, Participatiewet en Werk & Inkomen) en samen met de adviseurs het avontuur aangaat om onze positie in Zuid-Holland verder uit te bouwen. Jouw rol als Talent Specialist Sociaal Domein Als Talent Specialist ben jij de vertrouwde schakel tussen kandidaat en opdrachtgever. Binnen het sociaal domein draait het om mensen; jij begrijpt de maatschappelijke impact van het vak en weet precies de juiste professionals aan gemeenten en publieke organisaties te koppelen. Je bent niet alleen bezig met matchen, maar begeleidt kandidaten gedurende hun hele loopbaan bij Kenonz. Van de eerste kennismaking tot contractbeheer en nazorg: jij voelt je persoonlijk verantwoordelijk voor jouw mensen. Jouw werkzaamheden: - Actief werven & verbinden: Je benadert en selecteert professionals binnen het sociaal domein. - Diepgang in gesprekken: Met behulp van onze KENMIJ-app breng je de drijfveren, talenten en ambities van kandidaten scherp in kaart. - Ondernemerschap in netwerken: Je bouwt zelfstandig een duurzaam netwerk op en signaleert kansen in de markt. - Zorgvuldige administratie & nazorg: Je stelt contracten op, verwerkt loonmutaties en begeleidt professionals op de opdracht, inclusief verzuimbegeleiding volgens de Wet Verbetering Poortwachter.
