Content Creator Camera/Edit - Op locatie - - Hilversum - Audio Functieomschrijving Ben jij een ervaren maker met een sterke visie op beeld en montage en wil je werken in een omgeving waar geen dag hetzelfde is? Binnen deze functie krijg je de ruimte om jouw creativiteit en ervaring in te zetten én bij te dragen aan de verdere ontwikkeling van videocontent. Je komt terecht in een flexibel en hardwerkend team waarin we samen blijven vernieuwen en inspelen op de ontwikkelingen binnen het vak. Een veelzijdige rol voor iemand die graag maakt, meedenkt en vooruitkijkt. Wat ga je doen? Als Content Creator Camera/Edit binnen Talpa maak je videocontent voor onze verschillende audiomerken: Radio 538, Sky Radio, Radio 10 en Radio Noordzee. Je werkt aan uiteenlopende producties en bent betrokken bij het hele proces: van opname tot eindproduct. De ene dag schakel je een radioshow voor onze (online) videoplatforms, de andere dag film je een artiest of sta je met je camera op een event, activatie of locatie-uitzending. Daarnaast monteer je content voor onder andere YouTube, Instagram en TikTok. Je maakt daarbij bewuste keuzes in beeld, montage, tempo en storytelling en zorgt ervoor dat de content aansluit bij het platform waarvoor je deze maakt. Je werkt zelfstandig met camera en edit en houdt daarbij ook oog voor de technische kwaliteit. Tegelijkertijd werk je nauw samen met social redacteuren, producers, marketing, dj's en andere makers binnen Talpa Audio. Vanuit jouw ervaring geef je waar nodig inhoudelijk richting binnen het Camera/Edit-team. Je deelt je kennis met collega's en begeleidt stagiairs, zodat jullie samen de kwaliteit van de content en het team verder ontwikkelen.
