Odontolia is een belangrijke speler in de tandzorgsector in België.

De groep werd opgericht in 2017, telt momenteel al meer dan 50 tandartspraktijken en kent een dynamische groei.

Bij Odontolia kunnen onze tandartsen rekenen op een structuur en een team van professionals die hun helpen in het dagelijkse beheer van hun praktijk. Zo kunnen ze zelf blijven groeien op professioneel vlak en hoeven ze zich geen zorgen te maken over administratieve taken. Bovendien kunnen ze zich op die manier volledig focussen op hun patiënten en de tandzorg.

Voor de regio Hasselt zoeken we een tandartsassistent(e) met de focus op balie en stoelassistentie.

In deze rol ondersteun je samen met je collega's de tandartsen en de klanten met onderstaande taken:

Balie:

  • Eerste gezicht en eerste aanspreekpunt in de tandartsenpraktijk
  • Je staat in voor de optimale telefonische bereikbaarheid van de praktijk
  • Je plant de patiënten in volgens urgentie en noden
  • Algemene administratieve werkzaamheden (opvolgen verzekeringsdocumenten bijvoorbeeld)

Omloop / sterilisatie:

  • Je zet alle materiaal klaar voor de geplande behandelingen.
  • Je desinfecteert en steriliseert alle instrumenten volgens de opgemaakte protocollen.
  • Je start de praktijk op in het begin van de dag zodat de tandartsen direct van start kunnen gaan.
  • Goede kennis van het Nederlands
  • Kennis van Microsoft Office
  • Je bent leergierig en ondernemend
  • Je bent goedlachs en patiëntgericht
  • Je bent een sterke teamplayer
  • Je bent minstens beschikbaar voor 36u
  • Een eerste ervaring is een pluspunt
