Heb je affiniteit met kwetsbare doelgroepen en spreekt het je aan om cliënten in hun eigen leefomgeving te behandelen? Dan is deze functie bij Fresh Unieke Mondzorg iets voor jou! Als tandarts werk je binnen een klein en vast mondzorgteam en behandel je onder andere ouderen, mensen met een verstandelijke beperking en psychiatrische patiënten. Iedere cliënt vraagt om een andere benadering, waardoor geen werkdag hetzelfde is. Jouw verantwoordelijkheden - Opstellen van een individueel mondzorgplan voor iedere cliënt. - Stellen van diagnoses en opstellen van behandelplannen. - Uitvoeren van tandheelkundige controles en behandelingen. - Persoonlijk begeleiden van cliënten, afgestemd op hun individuele behoeften. - Geven van voorlichting over gebits- en protheseverzorging. - Informeren en adviseren van zorgmedewerkers en waar nodig familieleden. - Nauw samenwerken met collega's binnen een klein en vast mondzorgteam. - Bijdragen aan passende en kwalitatief hoogwaardige mondzorg voor kwetsbare cliënten. Over Fresh Unieke Mondzorg Fresh Unieke Mondzorg biedt mondzorg aan zorgafhankelijke en kwetsbare mensen, waaronder ouderen, mensen met een verstandelijke beperking en psychiatrische patiënten. De cliënten worden behandeld in hun eigen leefomgeving. Dit kan bijvoorbeeld een verpleeghuis, zorginstelling, woongroep of de thuissituatie via thuiszorg zijn. Er wordt gewerkt met kleine, vaste mondzorgteams die nauw met elkaar samenwerken. Persoonlijke aandacht is daarbij net zo belangrijk als deskundige tandheelkundige zorg.
