(0,2 - 0,4 fte) | Werken op locatie binnen de langdurige zorg Centrumtandzorg zoekt een Tandarts Gehandicaptenzorg voor de langdurige zorg in Noord-Brabant. Je bezoekt verschillende locaties van zorginstelling Prisma en werkt samen met het gespecialiseerde DentalCarteam aan passende mondzorg voor bewoners met een verstandelijke en/of meervoudige beperking. Je draagt bij aan het verbeteren van de mondgezondheid van een bijzondere doelgroep, waarbij persoonlijke aandacht en kwaliteit centraal staan. Vacature Centrumtandzorg zoekt een Tandarts Gehandicaptenzorg die verantwoordelijk is voor het opstellen en uitvoeren van individuele mondzorgplannen en het behandelen en begeleiden van cliënten binnen de langdurige zorg. Je werkt nauw samen met begeleiders, zorgprofessionals en collega's binnen het DentalCar-team om optimale mondzorg op locatie te bieden. Wat breng je mee Je beschikt over een geldige BIG-registratie als tandarts en hebt affiniteit met de gehandicaptenzorg. Ervaring met deze doelgroep is een pré. Een differentiatie in de gehandicaptenzorg of de bereidheid om je hierin verder te ontwikkelen wordt gewaardeerd. Je bent communicatief sterk, werkt zelfstandig en weet cliënten op een rustige en respectvolle manier te begeleiden. De functie bedraagt 1 dag per week, met de mogelijkheid om uit te breiden naar 2 dagen per week. De voorkeur gaat uit naar werken op woensdag of vrijdag; maandag is eventueel bespreekbaar.
