Voor onze moderne groepspraktijk Silocare in Leuven zoeken wij een enthousiaste tandartsassistent(e) om ons team te versterken. Je combineert klinische assistentie met administratief beheer. Het is alleszins een gevarieerde job in een dynamisch team van specialisten en assistenten! Voel jij je hiervoor geroepen, dan is deze job voor jou!

Jouw takenpakket:

  • Assistentie aan de stoel, helpen bij het klaarmaken van materiaal en instrumenten, assistentie bij ingrepen en dus rechtstraaks contact met de mond
  • Opruimen en desinfecteren van stoel en oppervlakken tussen de patiënten
  • Afwassen , verpakken en de sterilisatie van de instrumenten
  • Vooraadbeheer en bestellingen
  • Administratieve taken: onthaal van patiënten, beheer van patiëntendossiers, agendabeheer, afspraken maken, emails en verslagen schrijven, opvolging van opdrachten aan laboratorium
  • Je bent vriendelijk en behulpzaam naar de patiënten toe.
  • Je werkt nauwkeurig, ordelijk en hebt oog voor detail.
  • Je blijft rustig in stressvolle situaties.
  • Je deinst niet terug voor de klinische aspecten van de behandeling, zoals het contact met bloed of speeksel.
  • Je kan discreet omgaan met vertrouwelijke informatie.
  • Je bent flexibel.
  • Je kan op woensdag een hele dag werken.
  • Je bent communicatief vaardig en spreekt duidelijk en vlot Nederlands (noties van Engels en Frans zijn een pluspunt).
  • Je beschikt over administratieve vaardigheden en de nodige computerkennis.
  • Je bent een opgewekt persoon en werkt graag samen in team.
  • Je hebt een verzorgd voorkomen.
  • Motivatie en ervaring als tandartsassistent(e) is een pluspunt, maar geen vereiste; wij investeren graag in jouw groei en voorzien een opleiding op de werkvloer.
