Das lernen Sie

* Räume ausmessen sowie Wände und Decken vorbereiten, tapezieren und gestalten

* Stoffe zuschneiden sowie Vorhänge und Wohntextilien anfertigen

* Karniesen sowie Sicht- und Sonnenschutzsysteme montieren

* Bodenbeläge fachgerecht verlegen

* Polstermöbel aufarbeiten und reparieren

* mit Farben, Stoffen und unterschiedlichen Materialien Räume gestalten

Das bringen Sie mit

* Sie sind zwischen 18 und 30 Jahren alt

* Sie verfügen maximal über einen Pflichtschulabschluss oder über Qualifikationen, die nicht (mehr) am allgemeinen Arbeitsmarkt verwertbar sind

* handwerkliches Geschick und Freude am praktischen Arbeiten

* Interesse an Wohnen, Einrichtung, Farben und Materialien

* Genauigkeit und gutes räumliches Vorstellungsvermögen

* freundliches Auftreten und Freude am Kontakt mit Kund:innen

* Zuverlässigkeit, Einsatzbereitschaft und Teamgeist

* vor allem: Motivation, einen Lehrabschluss zu machen und beruflich neu durchzustarten

* Deutschkenntnisse der Tätigkeit entsprechend (mind. B1)

* Führerschein B und verfügbarer PKW zum Erreichen des Arbeitsplatzes

Die Ausbildung erfolgt im Rahmen der Implacementstiftung JUST2JOB2 als verkürzte Lehrausbildung mit betrieblicher Praxis bei Firma Meister Schmidt e.U. Sie werden während der Ausbildung begleitet und gezielt auf die Lehrabschlussprüfung (LAP) vorbereitet.

Während der Ausbildung erhalten Sie weiterhin Arbeitslosengeld, Notstandshilfe oder Beihilfe zur Deckung des Lebensunterhalts (mindestens € 33,86 / Tag = ca. € 1.015,-- / Monat) sowie zusätzlich den im Rahmen von JUST2JOB2 vorgesehenen Bildungsbonus von € 250,-- / Monat.

Ihr Ziel: Lehrabschluss + Arbeitsplatz

Nach rund 18 Monaten treten Sie zur Lehrabschlussprüfung an. Ziel ist der erfolgreiche Lehrabschluss und anschließend der Eintritt in ein reguläres Dienstverhältnis bei Firma Meister Schmidt e.U.

Bei einer Vollzeitbeschäftigung liegt der Einstiegslohn für FacharbeiterInnen im 1. Jahr bei rund 2.335 € brutto.
