Ervaring als wever of zin om het vak verder te leren? Als Tapijtwever bedien en bewaak je face to face weefgetouwen en zorg je ervoor dat de productie correct blijft draaien. Ervaring met dit specifieke type weefgetouw is niet noodzakelijk: interne opleiding is mogelijk.

Wat ga je doen?

Je werkt in een gespecialiseerde tapijtweverij waar je verantwoordelijk bent voor het productieproces aan de weefgetouwen.

• Je bedient en volgt face to face weefgetouwen op

• Je stelt de machine correct in volgens de productieopdracht

• Je voert de nodige parameters in en controleert ze tijdens het weven

• Je volgt de productie op en grijpt in wanneer je een afwijking merkt

• Je spoort draadproblemen zoals dubbele of gebroken draden op en corrigeert ze

• Je controleert onder andere snelheid, motieven en draadspanning

• Je zorgt ervoor dat het weefproces correct en vlot blijft verlopen

• Je houdt je werkplek ordelijk en volgt de veiligheidsafspraken

Wie zoeken we echt?

• Je bent bereid om in een wisselend tweeploegensysteem te werken

• Je werkt nauwkeurig en merkt afwijkingen tijdens het productieproces op

• Je neemt verantwoordelijkheid voor je machine en productie

• Je houdt van orde en werkt volgens duidelijke afspraken

• Je kunt goed samenwerken met collega's

• Een specifiek diploma is niet vereist

• Ervaring met face to face weefgetouwen is geen vereiste wanneer je gemotiveerd bent om dit intern aan te leren
