Ben je op zoek naar een baan met verantwoordelijkheden, klantcontact en een team waarop je kunt rekenen? Kom dan bij Les Tartes de Françoise werken als parttime (28u/week) Assistent Shop Manager.

Dagelijks ben je de rechterhand van de Shop Manager. Je ondersteunt hem/haar bij het beheer van de winkel en neemt de taken over bij afwezigheid, zodat alles soepel verloopt, zowel voor het team als voor de klanten.

Concreet:

  • neem je deel aan de dagelijkse organisatie van de winkel en de coördinatie van het team;
  • draag je bij aan de productie van onze taarten en steek je graag de handen uit de mouwen;
  • waak je over de kwaliteit van onze producten en het respecteren van onze standaarden;
  • ontvang en adviseer je onze klanten met enthousiasme en aandacht;
  • draag je actief bij aan de verkoop en het netjes houden van de winkel;
  • help je mee aan een positieve werksfeer, waarin iedereen weet wat hij/zij moet doen en op elkaar kan rekenen.

Deze baan is iets voor jou als je graag verantwoordelijkheid neemt en tegelijkertijd dicht bij de praktijk blijft. Je hebt een servicegerichte instelling, bent georganiseerd, betrouwbaar en communiceert vlot met een team. En bovenal houd je van dynamische omgevingen!

Retail vereist ook een zekere flexibiliteit: je bent beschikbaar om één dag in het weekend te werken.
