The posting

Vos missions :

  • Développer et améliorer les modules, les workflows, les rapports et les intégrations Odoo.
  • Créer des tableaux de bord, des rapports et des modèles de données dans Power BI.
  • Identifier les opportunités d'automatisation et d'optimisation des processus métier.
  • Développer des intégrations entre Odoo, notre ERP et d'autres applications métier.
  • Exploiter les outils d'IA pour améliorer les workflows, le reporting et la productivité.
  • Contribuer à l'évolution de notre ERP interne.
  • Diriger et accompagner les projets de numérisation à l'échelle de l'entreprise.
  • Former et accompagner les utilisateurs dans l'adoption de nouveaux outils et processus.
  • Assister nos différents points de vente pour toutes les questions liées à l'informatique.

Ce qu'on cherche :

  • Licence ou master en informatique ou dans un domaine connexe.
  • Solides connaissances en Python, SQL et bases de données relationnelles.
  • Expérience en développement Odoo et en processus métier.
  • Expérience avec Power BI et la visualisation de données.
  • Intérêt pour l'automatisation, l'IA et la transformation numérique.
  • Bonne connaissance des environnements Microsoft 365 et Windows.
  • La maîtrise de C# est un atout.
  • Maîtrise du français ; la maîtrise du néerlandais est un atout majeur.
  • Flexibilité : dans le cadre d'une fonction de support essentielle à l'activité, vous pourrez être amené(e) à travailler occasionnellement en dehors des horaires de bureau habituels, y compris le soir et le week-end.
