[email protected] Tax Advisor Meer details Adres 9300 Aalst Match criteria Regio - Oost-Vlaanderen Job Type - Accounting Type contract - Vast De functie Als Tax Advisor assisteer je Tax Managers in hun dagdagelijkse taken en verantwoordelijkheden inzake: - Het opstellen en uitvoeren van fiscale calculaties, ramingen en rapporteringen zodoende een correct fiscaal beleid te voeren; - Het onderzoeken en beoordelen van belasting clausules in tenderdocumenten en contracten en zo nodig wijzigingen doorvoeren. Wijzen op de risico's en advies verlenen aan de tender- en juridische afdeling; - Het verzamelen van gegevens en documenten inzake fiscale wetgeving en verplichtingen bij complexe fiscale dossiers; - Verlenen van advies aan de Area Controller/Project Controller tijdens de uitvoering van projecten en support bij het Tax Compliance management; - Het voorbereiden en finaliseren van de aangiften in de vennootschapsbelasting van voornamelijk Belgische vennootschappen. - Assistentie bij fiscale controles en de behandeling van fiscale geschillen in binnen- en buitenland; - Het opvolgen van de evoluties in fiscale wetgeving in een internationale context om een correct advies te kunnen geven bij fiscaal-technisch complexere dossiers. Je wordt tewerkgesteld vanuit onze vlot bereikbare kantoor te Aalst en bent bereid om wanneer nodig je te verplaatsen voor korte dienstreizen naar Luxemburg. Je werkt hoofdzakelijk in teamverband en onder leiding van een Tax Manager binnen het Tax team voor je collega's van de personeelsdienst, calculatiedienst, juridische afdeling, boekhouding, aankoopdienst, Area en Project Controllers.
