The posting

FedEx Tax Compliance Manager | Hoofddorp Position Within FedEx's Dutch Tax team, a position has arisen for a Tax Compliance Manager. The role is primarily focused on Dutch corporate income tax compliance and tax accounting for the Dutch entities within the FedEx Group, reporting to the Netherlands Regional Tax Manager. The position is a hands-on role with a strong focus on the preparation and coordination of the Dutch corporate income tax compliance cycle. You will prepare the working papers, fiscal unity consolidations and tax returns for the Dutch entities. A second important part of the role is the preparation of the Dutch GAAP tax provisions for the statutory financial statements. You will take ownership of the underlying tax positions and calculations, working to ensure that the tax position is properly reflected in the statutory accounts. The role is not primarily focused on US GAAP tax accounting, which sits elsewhere within the organization, although an understanding of US GAAP tax accounting and the ability to use it as a basis for the Dutch GAAP provision is useful. In addition to compliance and tax accounting, the role includes a technical advisory element. This may involve assessing the tax treatment of specific matters, interpreting Dutch tax legislation and, where required, preparing position papers to support the treatment adopted in a tax return or provision. Key Responsibilities: - Preparing and coordinating the annual Dutch corporate income tax compliance process for all Dutch FedEx entities, including fiscal unity and stand-alone returns. - Preparing the underlying working papers, tax calculations and fiscal unity consolidations and coordinating the review process with external advisor. - Taking ownership of the preparation of Dutch GAAP tax provisions for the statutory financial statements, including the underlying tax positions and supporting documentation. - Working closely with the finance department and ...

Why it works

3×

more interviews than doing it yourself with ChatGPT.

ChatGPT writes a CV and never learns what happened to it. We see every reply. For each CV we know:

  • How it was written, and how the review scored it
  • When we applied, and how long after the posting went up
  • Which posting, which company, which city
  • Who got the interview, and who heard nothing

That is how we know which CVs get called.
