Regio Amsterdam - circa 50/85k plus bonus Tax Compliance Specialist - International Company Open Bedrijfsprofiel Onze opdrachtgever is een snelgroeiende internationale onderneming met haar financiële hoofdkantoor in de regio Amsterdam. De organisatie is wereldwijd actief en bevindt zich in een dynamische groeifase. Voor deze organisatie werven wij een Tax Compliance Specialist met circa 2-6 jaar relevante Vpb werkervaring. Het fiscale team bestaat momenteel uit vier fiscalisten en wordt uitgebreid met een Tax Compliance Specialist. We werven een Tax Compliance Specialist met relevante ervaring op het gebied van Vpb tax compliance (en/of transfer pricing compliance). Het is een brede tax rol en je zal ook dmv learning on the job op andere fiscale projecten kunnen werken. In deze rol werk je zowel zelfstandig als nauw samen met je fiscale collega's aan uiteenlopende fiscale processen, met een duidelijke focus op vennootschapsbelasting en transfer pricing compliance (tp ervaring is geen must). Daarnaast krijg je ook exposure naar andere fiscale disciplines. De organisatie biedt ruime mogelijkheden om je verder te ontwikkelen op fiscale gebieden waarin je nog beperkte ervaring hebt, mits je beschikt over een solide basis in Vpb kennis. Als Tax Compliance Specialist draag je onder andere zorg voor de naleving van fiscale wet- en regelgeving, ondersteun je de organisatie bij lokale en internationale fiscale verplichtingen en fungeer je als sparringpartner voor verschillende interne en externe stakeholders. Je bent analytisch en cijfermatig sterk, nauwkeurig en hands-on ingesteld. Je hebt ervaring met fiscale compliance-processen. Je vindt het leuk om jezelf zowel inhoudelijk als breed fiscaal verder te ontwikkelen. Jouw moedertaal is Nederlands en je kunt je ook professioneel uitdrukken in het Engels.
