The posting

Onze klant, gelegen te Berchem, is actief in audit, accountancy, tax en juridisch advies. We maken deel uit van het

internationale HLB-netwerk en van PIA Group in België. Zo combineren we ons lokale karakter met internationale samenwerking en de technologische ondersteuning van een grotere groep.

Ons taxteam is aanspreekpunt voor eigen klanten, audit- en accountancycollega's, andere kantoren en buitenlandse kantoren. Zeker bij dossiers met een internationale component wordt regelmatig op hun expertise een beroep gedaan. Daardoor werk je rechtstreeks voor ondernemingen én ondersteun je collega-adviseurs bij de fiscale vragen van hun klanten.

Jobomschrijving

• Je bereidt aangiften vennootschapsbelasting voor en volgt ze op, signaleert fiscale aandachtspunten en bespreekt die met collega's en klanten;

• Je analyseert Belgische en internationale fiscale vraagstukken en vertaalt je bevindingen naar concrete adviezen, waar nodig in samenwerking met buitenlandse HLB-collega's;

• Je begeleidt klanten bij fiscale controles, van het beantwoorden van vragen om inlichtingen tot het uitwerken en onderbouwen van hun fiscale positie;

• Je werkt mee aan de oprichting van vennootschappen en bijkantoren, fusies, ontbindingen en vereffeningen: van de fiscale analyse tot de praktische uitvoering;

• Je ondersteunt klanten bij Pillar 2- en transferpricingcompliance. Ook btw, personenbelasting en aangiften rond internationale tewerkstelling kunnen aan bod komen. Je krijgt verantwoordelijkheid voor eigen dossiers, met ervaren collega's als klankbord;

  • Je hebt minstens drie jaar relevante ervaring in de Belgische vennootschapsbelasting;
  • Je hebt voeling met internationale fiscaliteit en wilt je verder ontwikkelen in een brede praktijk;
  • Je werkt analytisch en nauwkeurig, maar ook pragmatisch: je vertaalt technische kennis naar werkbare oplossingen, neemt verantwoordelijkheid en bewaakt deadlines;
  • Je communiceert vlot in het Nederlands en hebt een goede professionele kennis van het Engels. Kennis van het Frans is een pluspunt;
  • Je neemt initiatief, denkt kritisch mee over onze werkmethoden en staat open voor het doordacht gebruik van AI en andere digitale tools;
  • Je hoeft niet in elk genoemd domein al specialist te zijn. Een sterke fiscale basis, leergierigheid en de wil om dossiers ook praktisch vooruit te helpen vinden ze belangrijker;
