Dit ga je doen Je werkt binnen onze organisatie in een team van (ervaren) fiscalisten. Je leert de fiscale praktijk van onze nationale en internationale opdrachtgevers door on-the-job training goed kennen. Vandaag heb je een afspraak met de Belastingdienst en morgen heb je een bespreking met de opdrachtgever. Binnen onze fiscale praktijk informeer je cliënten over fiscale aangelegenheden. Naast het voorbereiden van adviezen, start je ook met het (zelfstandig) schrijven van adviezen. Ook begeleid je aangiften van onder meer inkomsten- en vennootschapsbelasting; een gevarieerd pakket waarin je steeds meer zelfstandigheid krijgt. Dit zijn je collega's Ons tax team nationaal in Hoofddorp bestaat uit 9 fiscalisten. De sfeer in het team kenmerkt zich door een open cultuur, saamhorigheid en gezamenlijk elke dag nog beter worden in ons vak. Hierbij wordt niet in hiërarchie gedacht, maar juist in samenwerking en over en weer van elkaar te leren. Hierdoor is er een ontzettend gezellige en informele sfeer in het team, waarbij het leveren van kwalitatief werk in de regel hand in hand gaat met veel plezier. De klantenportefeuille is divers; met werkzaamheden van het verzorgen van relatief eenvoudige aangiften inkomstenbelasting voor vermogende particulieren, tot complexe internationale adviesvraagstukken van middelgrote ondernemingen die hun groei willen doorzetten in het buitenland en alles wat daartussen valt. Dit is je werkplek RSM Hoofddorp bevindt zich in het moderne en duurzame kantoorpand Pharos. Gemakkelijk te bereiken vanuit omliggende steden, met parkeervoorzieningen en het NS station Hoofddorp pal naast onze voordeur. In Hoofddorp werk je samen met ongeveer 150 collega's.
