Then we are looking for you! What you'll do You will serve a wide range of clients, working cross-location in a fast-growing team with a hands-on mentality. You'll be involved in transfer pricing projects from start to finish, offering quick growth in knowledge and experience. You'll also coach junior colleagues and receive active guidance from experienced professionals. Your tasks include: - Conducting client interviews locally and abroad; - Drafting Advance Pricing Agreements and discussing this with APA team of the tax office; - Advising on transfer pricing risks, such as in due diligence projects and - Maintaining client relationships and acquiring new transfer pricing clients and projects. Workplace RSM Hoofddorp is located in the modern and sustainable office building Pharos. It is easily accessible from surrounding cities, with parking facilities and Hoofddorp train station right next to our front door. In Hoofddorp, you'll work alongside approximately 150 colleagues. Here you'll find team members from HR, Marketing, Compliance, Accountancy, Tax, and our international Business Consulting team. About you You are strong in your communication and someone who handles challenges well and can motivate your team. As an experienced Tax Consultant Transfer Pricing, you recognize yourself in the following: - A completed university-level tax or economics degree and preferably enrolled in the three-year NOB training; - At least 3 to 4 years of relevant transfer pricing experience; - Independent, with a 'straightforward' approach; - Experience in guiding and developing junior staff with strong communication skills; - Fluent in both English and Dutch (preferably); - You value quality over quan...
