PA on Demand - Voor de Partner en het team van de fiscale afdeling van een accountantskantoor in Hoofddorp, een afdeling met veel nationale en internationale klanten, zoeken wij een Personal Assistant projectmanagement. Beschrijving van de functie - Je biedt ondersteuning aan de Partner van de international tax department met zijn dagelijkse werkzaamheden - Je beheert de agenda, het e-mailverkeer en het coördineren van afspraken - Je bereidt vergaderingen voor, je maakt er notities van (NL/E), en bewaakt de acties en deadlines - Je regelt en organiseert de business trips, hotels, transfers, events etc. - Je verzorgt administratieve taken als het voorbereiden/opstellen van rapporten, presentaties en documenten, alsook tegenlezen ervan Projectmanagement Je hebt een spil-rol tussen de (inter)nationale cliënten en je collega's. Als zodanig: - Verzorg je veel van de communicatie met interne en (inter)nationale cliënten - Ben je de 'go to person' tussen die cliënten en je collega's m.b.t. vragen en antwoorden, anticiperen, signaleren, analyseren en reageren - Assisteer je met o.a. de correspondentie en rapportages binnen het projectteam - Bewaak en najaag je de acties en deadlines als afgesproken - Assisteer je in de verwerking van 'billable hours' en de facturatie ervan.
