Bij KNAV krijg je als Tax Director Belastingadvies de leiding over een team van zes fiscale professionals en werk je samen met de Managing Partner aan de verdere groei van de afdeling. Je combineert vakinhoudelijke eindverantwoordelijkheid met teamontwikkeling, kwaliteitsbewaking en business development. Daarmee heb je invloed op de koers van de praktijk én blijf je betrokken bij complexe nationale en internationale fiscale vraagstukken. Your role In deze rol ben je verantwoordelijk voor de fiscale praktijk van KNAV. Je stuurt het team aan, bewaakt de kwaliteit en werkt actief mee aan de verdere uitbouw van de dienstverlening en het klantennetwerk. - Je geeft leiding aan een team van zes fiscale professionals en begeleidt hen in hun vakinhoudelijke en persoonlijke ontwikkeling. - Je bent budgettair en vakinhoudelijk verantwoordelijk voor de fiscale praktijk. - Je stelt samen met de Managing Partner een ontwikkelplan en groeidoelstellingen voor de afdeling op. - Je bewaakt de kwaliteit van fiscale adviezen, dossiers, processen en reviews. - Je adviseert klanten bij complexe nationale en internationale fiscale vraagstukken. - Je onderhoudt rechtstreeks contact met bestaande klanten, stakeholders en het internationale netwerk waar relevant. - Je signaleert commerciële kansen en bent actief betrokken bij business development en acquisitie...
