Ben jij een doorgewinterde tax professional met een scherp oog voor vennootschapsfiscaliteit? Wil je jouw expertise en leiderschap inzetten op strategisch niveau, en mee bouwen aan een groeiend en ambitieus adviesteam?Dan is dit jouw kans om echt impact te maken!

Onze klant is een vooraanstaand, internationaal advieskantoor met een sterk uitgebouwd netwerk en een uitgesproken groeistrategie. Ze zoeken een Director Tax die ondernemerschap combineert met inhoudelijke diepgang. Jouw taak bestaat eruit om jouw eigen tax team uit te bouwen die de ondernemers in Oost- en West-Vlaanderen zullen begeleiden bij al hun fiscale materie.

Jouw takenpakket:

  • Uitbouwen en versterken van de fiscale capaciteiten op het vlak van vennootschaps- en internationale fiscaliteit.
  • Adviseren van klanten bij complexe vraagstukken: vennootschapsbelasting, internationale fiscaliteit, M&A, herstructureringen en fiscale due diligence.
  • Identificeren van commerciële opportuniteiten en actief bijdragen aan business development.
  • Coachen en inspireren van (senior) managers en hun teams; kennisdeling en high performance stimuleren.
  • Multidisciplinaire samenwerking met collega's uit Transaction Advisory, Accountancy, Legal, Audit en BTW.
  • Deelnemen aan internationale projecten via een wereldwijd expertnetwerk.

Jouw profiel:

  • Master in rechten, economie of een vergelijkbare richting, aangevuld met fiscale specialisatie.
  • Minimaal 10 jaar relevante ervaring in een fiscaal advieskantoor, met bewezen expertise in vennootschaps- en internationale fiscaliteit.
  • ITAA-gecertificeerd.
  • Sterke coach: je weet teams te motiveren, begeleiden en laten groeien
  • Vloeiend Nederlands en Engels; kennis van het Frans is een plus.
  • Zelfstandig, proactief en klantgericht met oog voor kwaliteit en resultaat.
