Met een brede dienstverlening in Accountancy, Tax, Audit en Advisory is dit kantoor in Mechelen niet alleen een gevestigde waarde in België, maar ook in meer dan 150 landen. Werk samen met een gedreven team voor zowel grote internationale ondernemingen als lokale ondernemers.

Omdat ze hun Tax en Legal team helemaal willen uitbreiden zijn ze nu op zoek naar een manager die gemotiveerd is de afdeling verder uit te bouwen. Hierbij zijn nog tal van doorgroeimogelijkheden mogelijk en kan je het schoppen tot vennoot!

Jouw takenpakket:

Tax Manager / Tax Consultant / Manager Indirect Tax / Manager International & Corporate Tax / Mechelen

  • Op de eerste plaats zal je op (inter)nationaal niveau advies verlenen aan je klanten over de ontwikkeling en het beheer van directe belastingen.
  • Daarbij horen ook adviesprojecten, vaak in multidisciplinaire fiscale context.
  • Je staat in contact met verschillende stakeholders op elk niveau en verzorgt de hele communicatie.
  • Coaching van het dynamisch team adviseurs. Je zal ze begeleiden in hun ontwikkeling en hen helpen het beste in zich naar boven te halen.
  • Omdat het team nog in volle groei is, is het aan jou om de afdeling uit te bouwen. Daarin kan je jouw eigen pad in uitstippelen. En dat pad kan ook leiden tot vennoot!

Jouw profiel:

Tax Manager / Tax Consultant / Manager Indirect Tax / Manager International & Corporate Tax / Mechelen

  • Op de eerste plaats heb je al een Bachelor of Master in een economische richting op zak. Een major in fiscaliteit is natuurlijk een plus.
  • Je hebt minstens 5 jaar relevante ervaring in een gelijkaardige functie OF je bent klaar om de stap naar manager te maken.
  • Omdat je verantwoordelijk bent voor het aansturen van een team zijn soft skills natuurlijk belangrijk. Als je al ervaring hebt in het coachen van medewerkers heb je dan ook een streepje voor.
  • Om een afdeling volledig uit te bouwen moet je ondernemend zijn, en zin hebben om die extra mile te gaan. Daarnaast zal je grote en complexe projecten beheren, dus een flinke dosis organisatie kan er zeker bovenop.
  • Iemand met veel ambitie en de droom om vennoot te worden is hier ook zeker op zijn/haar plaats.
