Für einen Kunden in Wels ein europaweit agierendes und stark wachsendes Jungunternehmen im Bereich der alternativen Proteinerzeugung, suchen wir ab sofort 1 Tax Manager / International Tax Specialist w/m/d Ihr Aufgabenbereich:

* Steuerliche Betreuung nationaler und internationaler Konzerngesellschaften

* Erstellung und Koordination von Steuererklärungen sowie Begleitung von Betriebsprüfungen

* Ansprechpartner für steuerrechtliche Fragestellungen innerhalb verschiedener Unternehmensbereiche

* Analyse internationaler Projekte hinsichtlich steuerlicher Auswirkungen und Risiken

* Aufbau und Weiterentwicklung von Tax-Compliance-Strukturen und internen Prozessen

* Verantwortung für Transfer-Pricing-Themen, OECD Pillar II

* Anforderungen und entsprechende Dokumentationen

* Optimierung und Digitalisierung steuerlicher Prozesse durch den Einsatz moderner Tools und Automatisierungslösungen

* Aktive Mitgestaltung von effizienten und zukunftssicheren Steuerstrukturen

Ihr Profil:

* Abgeschlossenes Studium mit Schwerpunkt Finanzen, Steuern, Rechnungswesen oder vergleichbare Qualifikation

* Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung im Steuerwesen, idealerweise als Tax Manager, Steuerberater oder Steuerexperte im internationalen Umfeld

* Fundierte Kenntnisse im österreichischen Steuerrecht sowie im Bereich Transfer Pricing

* Erfahrung mit internationalen Steuerfragestellungen und Compliance-Prozessen von Vorteil

* Hohe Eigeninitiative sowie Freude am Aufbau und der Weiterentwicklung von Strukturen

* Analytische und lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise

* Gesicherte Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift

* Flexible Arbeitszeiten sowie Möglichkeit zum hybriden Arbeiten
