Voor onze People Services praktijk zijn wij op zoek naar een Tax Manager. Organisatie Meijburg & Co is Nederlands grootste fiscaal adviesbureau en Meijburg Legal richt zich vanuit het notariaat en de advocatuur op ondernemingsrecht. Beide organisaties zijn een zelfstandige member firm binnen het (inter-)nationale netwerk van KPMG (actief in 153 landen). Dagelijks werken ruim 800 gemotiveerde medewerkers, verdeeld over 5 locaties, aan een excellente dienstverlening ten behoeve van onze klanten. 'De Meijburger' is geen one size fits all, dat maakt ons uniek als adviesorganisatie. Wat we wél allemaal gemeen hebben is, ondernemerschap, creativiteit en uiteraard passie voor het vak. Wat ga je doen? In deze functie ben je onder anderen verantwoordelijk voor het oplossen van complexe vraagstukken op het gebied van nationale en internationale loonbelasting- en sociale zekerheid en het aanspreekpunt van de cliënt. Je werkt samen met enthousiaste collega's, ook met collega's van de overige fiscale disciplines. Vraagstukken hebben onder andere betrekking op de werkkostenregeling, vervroegd pensioen en excessieve vertrekvergoedingen, de nieuwe pensioenwet (pensioenakkoord), het vaststellen van belasting en inhoudingsplicht in internationale situaties en de EU coördinatieregels voor sociale zekerheid. De complexe vraagstukken zijn zeer divers van aard. Denk hierbij aan: · Uitzendingen, local hires het toepassen van bilaterale belastingverdragen en OESO Modelverdrag. · M&A ((vendor)due diligences). · Het remote werken: het adviseren en in samenwerking met de cliënt schrijven van remote working policies: 'working from anywhere'. · Het uitvoeren van expat programma's in samenwerking met het global mobility team van de cliënt en ons Comp...
