In een internationale farmaceutische omgeving met een sterke focus op compliance, nauwkeurigheid en procesverbetering, krijg je een sleutelrol binnen het fiscale rapporterings- en aangifteproces. De functie combineert technische fiscale expertise met een solide accountingachtergrond en een hands-on aanpak tijdens piekperiodes.

Taken en verantwoordelijkheden:

  • Maandelijkse berekening van de tax provision voor Belgische entiteiten.
  • Opstellen van kwartaalberekeningen voor voorafbetalingen en correcte planning van deze verplichtingen.
  • Jaarlijkse tax provisionberekening volgens IFRS en BE GAAP, inclusief current en deferred tax, reconciliaties en documentatie.
  • Uitvoeren en documenteren van SOX‑controles met betrekking tot tax reporting en provisioning.
  • Presenteren van tax provisionberekeningen aan externe auditors en toelichten van methodologie, oordelen en onderbouwing.
  • Voorbereiden en coördineren van aangiften vennootschapsbelasting, inclusief TP‑formulieren, in samenwerking met externe partners.
  • Beheren van fiscale incentives zoals innovatieaftrek, patent box en R&D‑tax credit, inclusief correcte berekening, documentatie en ondersteuning bij rulingaanvragen.
  • Up‑to‑date blijven rond Pillar 2‑vereisten en bijdragen aan berekeningen en dataverzameling.
  • Indienen van diverse fiscale aangiften zoals fiches 281, aangiften roerende voorheffing en andere periodieke of ad‑hoc verplichtingen.
  • Versterken van het Tax Control Framework door processen, controles en oordelen duidelijk te documenteren en audit‑klaar te houden.
  • Deelnemen aan CTCP‑vergaderingen en ondersteuning bieden tijdens fiscale controles.
  • Bijdragen aan strategische projecten zoals rulingprocedures, BAPA‑ en MAP‑dossiers, inclusief analyse en coördinatie met autoriteiten en adviseurs.
  • Evalueren van nieuwe fiscale wetgeving en de impact op provisions, compliance en cash tax vertalen naar concrete acties.
  • Initiëren van procesverbeteringen binnen tax reporting en compliance, met focus op standaardisatie, automatisatie en documentatie.
  • Sterke accountingachtergrond en het vermogen om financiële data te analyseren en te challengen.
  • Grondige kennis van vennootschapsbelasting en ervaring met Belgische tax compliance en reporting.
  • Ervaring met tax modelling, waaronder provisions, prepayments, R&D‑incentives en Pillar 2‑berekeningen.
  • Uitstekende kennis van Microsoft Excel.
  • Hands‑on ervaring met SAP.
  • Minstens 5 jaar ervaring in een gelijkaardige functie binnen een multinational, Big 4 of een combinatie daarvan.
  • Stressbestendig en veerkrachtig tijdens jaarafsluiting en piekperiodes.
  • Sterk oog voor detail en een verbeteringsgerichte mindset.
  • Vloeiend in het Engels en Frans.
