Je bent betrokken bij transfer pricing projecten van het begin tot het eind. Dit maakt dat je snel kunt groeien in het opdoen van kennis en werkervaring. Je begeleidt minder ervaren collega's en ontvangt actieve coaching van ervaren transfer pricing professionals. Je werkzaamheden en taken zijn zeer divers en bestaan onder meer uit: - Houden van interviews met klanten op locatie (in binnen en buitenland); - Opstellen van Advance Pricing Agreements en het voeren van discussies hierover met het APA team van de belastingdienst; - Adviseren over transfer pricing risico's, bijvoorbeeld in due diligence opdrachten; - Onderhouden van contacten met cliënten en werven van nieuwe cliënten en transfer pricing projecten. Jij bent een stevige gesprekspartner en kunt goed omgaan met uitdagingen. Jij weet door jouw flexibiliteit jouw team op een positieve manier te enthousiasmeren. Als Tax Manager Transfer Pricing herken je jezelf in het volgende profiel: - Afgeronde fiscale of economische opleiding op universitair niveau; - Minimaal 6 jaar aan relevante transfer pricing werkervaring; - Nederlands is jouw moedertaal en je beschikt over uitstekende transfer pricing kennis; - Mondelinge en schriftelijke uitdrukkingsvaardigheid in Engels is een pre; - Werkervaring met het begeleiden en ontwikkelen van de minder gevorderde medewerkers en je hebt uitstekende communicatieve vaardigheden in uiteenlopende situaties, zowel mondeling als schriftelijk; - Onafhankelijk en beschikkend over een 'rechte rug'; - Je herkent jezelf in onze waarde: wij plaatsen kwaliteit boven kwantiteit en daarnaast ben je maatschappelijk betrokken.
