Ieder jaar rouleer je van team in onze fiscale praktijk. Zo zoek je uit hoe fiscale regels uitwerken en werk je mee aan adviezen aan internationale (beursgenoteerde) klanten en Nederlandse (familie)bedrijven. Ook neem je deel aan overleggen, vaktechnische presentaties en werk je mee aan de ontwikkeling van technologische oplossingen voor onze klanten. Je werkt hierin samen met andere specialisten, dit zijn voornamelijk fiscalisten. Juist doordat jij nieuw bent in het vak wordt jouw inbreng zeer gewaardeerd en krijg je in de loop van het traineeship steeds meer verantwoordelijkheden. Wanneer je het traineeship met succes hebt afgerond heb je: - een tweede master op zak met een baangarantie; - drie jaar werkervaring opgedaan in verschillende werkvelden; - een relevant fiscaal netwerk opgebouwd; - jezelf op persoonlijk vlak verder ontwikkeld.
