In deze functie combineer je taxeren, analyseren en adviseren. Wil je jouw expertise inzetten voor de gemeenten Deventer, Olst-Wijhe en Raalte? Dan zoeken wij jou! Jouw werk Als WOZ Taxateur bij DOWR Belastingen draag je bij aan een correcte waardering van al het vastgoed binnen de gemeenten Deventer, Olst-Wijhe en Raalte. Van de Grote Kerk tot sluizen en windmolens - je voert zelfstandig taxaties uit, analyseert ontwikkelingen op de vastgoedmarkt en onderbouwt WOZ-waarden richting inwoners, gemachtigden en de rechtbank. Je draagt bij aan de jaarlijkse herwaardering en signaleert kansen om processen en datakwaliteit te verbeteren. Je behandelt bezwaar- en beroepszaken en stelt taxatierapporten en verweerschriften op. Daarbij voer je gesprekken met belanghebbenden en licht je jouw waarderingen helder toe. Over jou Je werkt zorgvuldig en onderbouwt je keuzes met feiten en marktgegevens. Je schakelt gemakkelijk tussen zelfstandig werken en samenwerken met collega's. Wanneer iemand vragen heeft over een WOZ-waarde, leg je complexe informatie begrijpelijk uit. Ook in bezwaar- en beroepsprocedures blijf je oplossingsgericht. Je kijkt verder dan de taxatie alleen en ziet kansen om processen slimmer of beter in te richten. Jouw ervaring Je beschikt over: - Een hbo-opleiding of hbo werk- en denkniveau; - Een basis module WOZ; - Een specialisatie module taxateur woningen/niet woningen of de bereidheid dit te behalen; - Minimaal 3 jaar ervaring binnen het WOZ-werkveld of vastgoedtaxaties; - Kennis van relevante wet- en regelgeving rondom de Wet WOZ; - Ervaring met het behandelen van bezwaar- en beroepszaken.
