Je combineert analytische diepgang met een scherp beoordelingsvermogen en neemt zichtbaar eigenaarschap voor kwaliteit, consistentie en risicobeheersing. Je hebt geen buitenfunctie en voert zelf geen taxaties uit; jouw toegevoegde waarde zit juist in review, controle, partner management, interne procesverbeteringen en initiëren van automatiseringskansen. Jouw functie & verantwoordelijkheden Als Business Consultant binnen REC&V richt jouw werk zich op de end‑to‑end kwaliteitscontrole van commercieel vastgoedtaxaties (CRE en Corporate Real Estate). Borgen van taxatiekwaliteit - Beoordelen van inkomende taxatierapporten (Nederland & internationaal). - Zorgen voor consistente toepassing van intern beleid en wettelijke vereisten. - Vastleggen van bevindingen, kritisch doorvragen en zorgen voor tijdige opvolging.
