Je werkt fulltime, krijgt coaching en workshops, en doet in drie periodes van acht maanden ervaring op bij verschillende TBI-ondernemingen. Technisch, Financieel of contractmanagement Het TBI traineeship bereid je voor op een toonaangevende functie bij een van onze meer dan twintig ondernemingen. Ben jij, na je studie, nog niet honderd procent zeker welke functie je zou willen vervullen en bij welk bedrijf? Dan is een TBI-traineeship voor jou de ideale ontdekkingsreis. Samen met zo'n twaalf andere trainees krijg je twee jaar lang coaching en workshops, terwijl je fulltime in dienst bent. In die twee jaar werk je steeds acht maanden bij een onderneming van jouw keuze. Zo maak je kennis met drie bedrijven en dat in drie verschillende rollen. Daarna kiezen vrijwel alle trainees vol overtuiging om bij een specifieke TBI-onderneming te solliciteren, en dat dan op heel goede gronden.
