Biezepol Metaalbewerking maakt al meer dan 60 jaar hoogwaardige onderdelen voor onder andere de maritieme sector. Het grootste deel van het werk (circa 80%) wordt geproduceerd voor het zusterbedrijf Rubber Design, specialist in trillingsdempingsoplossingen voor scheepsmotoren, generatoren en aandrijflijnen. Voor jou betekent dat vooral veel technisch en afwisselend draaiwerk. Geen honderden dezelfde producten achter elkaar, maar vaak één of twee stuks tegelijk. Je werkt aan massieve assen, bussen en andere grote onderdelen, waarbij je regelmatig verschillende bewerkingen binnen één product combineert. Van groefsteken en uitdraaien tot grote boringen en soms zelfs een freesbewerking met het verdeeltoestel. Wat ga je doen als Teach-in Draaier Programmeur Als draaier bij Biezepol start je je dag flexibel tussen 06:00 en 09:00 uur. Vaak eerst even een kop koffie met collega's in de werkplaats, daarna ga je aan de slag aan je eigen machine. Je werkt op een PBR T450 SNCX4000, een teach-in draaibank waarop je werkstukken tot ongeveer Ø600 mm en 4 meter lang kunt draaien. Vanaf tekening programmeer je ieder product zelf met de Fagor teach-in besturing, stel je de machine in en bepaal je hoe je het onderdeel gaat maken. Het ene product vraagt om groefsteken of uitdraaien, bij het volgende ben je bezig met grote boringen. Dankzij het verdeeltoestel kun je daarnaast ook boor- en freesbewerkingen uitvoeren, bijvoorbeeld voor een spiebaan. Je meet tijdens het proces zelf en werkt bij sommige onderdele...
