Als Team Assistent ben jij het eerste aanspreekpunt en zorg je ervoor dat alles op rolletjes loopt. - Je staat onze talenten vriendelijk en professioneel te woord; - Je beheert en beantwoordt de mailbox. - Je bent het eerste telefonische aanspreekpunt. - Je beheert de accounts van onze talenten en neemt contact met hen op voor updates of aanvullende informatie. - Je houdt alle updates binnen het bedrijf in de gaten: handtekeningen van mailadressen tot aan tekstuele aanpassingen op de website, niets ontgaat jou; - Je verzorgt diverse officewerkzaamheden, zoals: - het netjes en georganiseerd houden van het kantoor; - het beheren van de kantoorvoorraad; - het verwerken van de post; - het verwerken van facturen. - Je ondersteunt ons castingteam met uiteenlopende werkzaamheden, waaronder: - het opmaken van documenten; - het opvragen van aanvullende gegevens; - administratieve ondersteuning tijdens castingtrajecten; - ondersteuning op locatie tijdens event- en draaidagen; - ondersteuning op vlak van acquisitie talenten én opdrachtgevers; - Je hebt in een soortgelijke functie (of werktaken) minimaal 1-2 jaar ervaring. - Je bent een echte aanpakker met een no-nonsense mentaliteit en houdt van afwisseling. - Je kunt zakelijke communiceren (schriftelijk en monde...
