Arbeiten Sie mit uns an außergewöhnlichen Projekten im Bereich Elektrotechnik in Infrastruktur, Industrie,

Hoch- und Tiefbau, uvm.

Aufgrund einer neuen Markterschließung suchen wir ab sofort 1 Team Assistent_in (Kaufmännische_r Angestellte_r) IHRE KÜNFTIGEN AUFGABEN UND ENTWICKLUNGSMÖGLICHKEITEN:

- Erstellen und aktualisieren von Tabellen und Listen zu Kunden, Angestellten und internen Abläufen

- Korrekturlesen von Schriftverkehr

- Kontrollieren von Rechnungen

- Mitarbeit beim Erstellen von Leistungsverzeichnissen

- Stammdaten aktualisieren

- Vorbereiten von Rechnungen, Ablage und Post

- Telefonservice

WAS SIE MITBRINGEN UND WAS SIE ERWARTET:

- Idealerweise haben Sie eine Ausbildung als Bürofachkraft, oder Sie haben unterschiedliche Schulungen im

Office-Management besucht, oder haben eine mehrjährige Erfahrung mit Bürotätigkeiten

- Sie arbeiten direkt mit uns an Projekten mit und bekommen kleine eigenständige Aufgaben zugeteilt, um

in weiterer Folge eigenständig Arbeiten zur Weiterentwicklung des Unternehmens realisieren zu können

- mit einem vollwertigen Abschluss als Bürofachkraft haben Sie nach einer kurzen Einarbeitungszeit auch die

Möglichkeit, direkt im Vertrieb mitzuarbeiten und im Kundenkontakt zu stehen

- für diese Tätigkeiten sind gute PC-Kenntnisse (Word, Excel) erforderlich, auch Buchhaltungskenntnisse

sind von Vorteil (Weiterbildungen können hausintern oder externen Kursen besucht werden)

IHRE ARBEITSZEIT:

- flexible Arbeitszeit und Gleitzeit möglich

- Teilzeit 8 bis 16 Stunden / Woche nach Vereinbarung

(mehr Stunden bis zu Vollzeit sind zu einem späteren Zeitpunkt möglich)

(die unten angeführte Lohnangabe bezieht sich auf eine 40 Stunden-Woche)
