Zur Verstärkung unseres Assistenz-Teams suchen wir zum ehestmöglichen Eintritt eine engagierte Team-Assistenz. 1 Team-Assistenz (w/m/d) - Vollzeit Sie sind verantwortlich für die Fristenverwaltung und den Web-ERV sowie für den gesamten Postein- und Postausgang der Kanzlei. Außerdem unterstützen Sie das Assistenz-Team im Tagesgeschäft.

Für diese verantwortungsvolle Aufgabe zählt für uns neben Ihrer Erfahrung in einer Rechtsanwaltskanzlei vor allem Ihre Verlässlichkeit sowie Ihr Engagement und Ihre Kollegialität.

Zu Ihren Aufgaben gehören unter anderem

* Selbständige Berechnung, Erfassung und Verwaltung von Fristen im Zivil- und Strafverfahren

* Abruf und Einbringung im Web-ERV

* Bearbeitung des gesamten Postein- und Postausgangs der Kanzlei

* Allgemeine administrative Tätigkeiten wie

** Telefonbetreuung

** Klient_innen-Empfang

** Aktenverwaltung und Ablage

** Pflege und Aktualisierung von Kontaktdaten

** Bearbeitung von Dokumenten (Word, Excel, Power Point)

** laufende Unterstützung unseres Assistenzteams

Für unser Team suchen wir eine Persönlichkeit mit

* Berufserfahrung in einer Rechtsanwaltskanzlei

* Sicherem und sorgfältigem Umgang mit Fristen

* Gepflegtem Auftreten und perfekte Umgangsformen

* Sehr guten Deutschkenntnissen in Wort und Schrift (der Tätigkeit entsprechend) und Englischkenntnissen

* Zeitlicher Flexibilität und Belastbarkeit

* Verantwortungsbewusstsein, Einsatzbereitschaft und Teamfähigkeit

* Kollegialität und Freude an der Zusammenarbeit im Team

Wir bieten

* Eine unbefristete Vollzeitbeschäftigung (40 Std./Woche)

* Kanzleizeiten:

** Montag bis Donnerstag: 09:00 bis 18:00 Uhr

** Freitag: 09:00 bis 15:00 Uhr

* Die Bezahlung liegt über dem Kollektivvertrag und beträgt - abhängig von Ihrer Berufserfahrung und Qualifikation - mindestens EUR 35.000 brutto p.a.
