Functieomschrijving Als Team lead Accountancy word je één van de trekkende krachten binnen het kantoor. Je combineert jouw accountancy-expertise met een coachende en ondernemende rol. Je bent een aanspreekpunt voor klanten, ondersteunt collega's in hun groei en helpt mee de verdere uitbouw van het kantoor vorm te geven.

Jouw verantwoordelijkheden:

  • Je begeleidt, motiveert en ondersteunt een team van accountants en dossierbeheerders.
  • Je onderhoudt sterke relaties met ondernemers en fungeert als hun vertrouwenspersoon.
  • Je denkt mee op strategisch niveau en detecteert opportuniteiten bij bestaande klanten.
  • Je bewaakt de kwaliteit van de dienstverlening en zorgt voor een vlotte interne werking.
  • Je werkt nauw samen met directie, experten en collega-verantwoordelijken binnen de groep.

Jij bent iemand die energie haalt uit mensen laten groeien. Daarnaast beschik je over voldoende technische bagage om klanten en collega's inhoudelijk te ondersteunen wanneer nodig. Wat maakt jou sterk?

  • Je hebt meerdere jaren ervaring binnen accountancy of fiduciaire dienstverlening.
  • Je combineert een natuurlijke leiderschapsstijl met sterke people skills.

  • Je denkt ondernemend en neemt graag initiatief.
  • Je houdt van verantwoordelijkheid en krijgt energie van bouwen aan iets op lange termijn.
