Dann werden Sie Teil unseres Teams in der ISS Österreich Zentrale in Wien. 1 Team Lead Accounting & Reporting (m/w/d)

mit Schwerpunkt Bilanzierung & Konzernreporting Als Team Lead Accounting & Reporting übernehmen Sie die fachliche Führung Ihres Teams und unterstützen die Bereichsleitung bei der Sicherstellung einer ordnungsgemäßen Buchhaltung, Bilanzierung und Konzernberichterstattung nach UGB und IFRS. In dieser Schlüsselrolle wirken Sie aktiv an Monats-, Quartals- und Jahresabschlüssen mit, treiben die Weiterentwicklung von Prozessen und internen Kontrollsystemen voran und arbeiten eng mit der Konzernzentrale sowie internen Stakeholdern zusammen.

WOMIT SIE UNS BEGEISTERN KÖNNEN

* Abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung mit Schwerpunkt Rechnungswesen, Finanzen oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation

* Bilanzbuchhalterprüfung von Vorteil

* Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung in der Buchhaltung und Bilanzierung, idealerweise in einem Konzernunternehmen

* Sehr gute MS-Office-Kenntnisse, insbesondere in Excel, sowie idealerweise Erfahrung mit Microsoft Dynamics NAV bzw. Dynamics 365 Business Central

* Sehr gute Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift, insbesondere für die Kommunikation und Abstimmung von Accounting- und Finance-Themen im internationalen Konzernumfeld

* Hohe Genauigkeit und Verantwortungsbewusstsein

* Hands-on-Mentalität und lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise

* Hohe Belastbarkeit und Einsatzbereitschaft, insbesondere während Monats-, Quartals- und Jahresabschlüssen

* Teamgeist und kundenorientiertes Denken

* Erste Führungserfahrung von Vorteil

DAS ERWARTET SIE BEI UNS

* Eigenständige Vorbereitung und Koordination von Monats-, Quartals- und Jahresabschlüssen nach UGB und IFRS

* Verantwortung für die fristgerechte Konzernberichterstattung

* Mitarbeit und Leitung von nationalen und internationalen Projekten

* Aufbau, Optimierung und Sicherstellung wirksamer interner Kontrollsysteme

* Aktive Mitgestaltung und Weiterentwicklung von Prozessen und Abläufen

* Enge Zusammenarbeit mit der Konzernzentrale in sämtlichen Buchhaltungs- und Reportingagenden

* Fachliche und disziplinäre Führung von zwei direkt unterstellten Mitarbeitenden (m/w/d) sowie Steuerung des Accounting-Teams in unserem Financial Service Center in Polen

* Sicherstellung der Einhaltung unternehmensweiter Compliance-Richtlinien sowie aktive Vorbildfunktion im Sinne der Compliance-Kultur

* Ansprechpartner (m/w/d) für Wirtschaftsprüfer, Steuerberater, Behörden und interne Stakeholder

Der Bruttomonatsgehalt beträgt für diese Position mindestens € 5.000,00. Abhängig von Ausbildung, Qualifikation und Erfahrung ist eine Überzahlung möglich.
