Bij Konnekt zoeken we een Team Lead Controls Hardware Engineering voor een internationale en innovatieve speler binnen de wereld van automatisering en technische infrastructuur.

Je komt terecht in een hoogtechnologische omgeving waar complexe engineeringprojecten centraal staan. Samen met een team van gespecialiseerde engineers werk je aan het ontwerpen, ontwikkelen en implementeren van geavanceerde technische oplossingen voor internationale projecten.

Functieomschrijving

  • Je bent verantwoordelijk voor het uitwerken, optimaliseren en valideren van technische oplossingen en ontwerpen waarbij je waakt over de kwaliteit, functionaliteit en naleving van de geldende normen en richtlijnen.
  • Je coördineert en ondersteunt een team van engineers, volgt de planning en voortgang van projecten op en zorgt voor een efficiënte verdeling van taken en middelen.
  • Je werkt nauw samen met verschillende interne en externe stakeholders om een vlotte integratie en succesvolle implementatie van technische systemen te garanderen.
  • Je bewaakt budgetten, keurt technische documentatie en ontwerpen goed en draagt bij aan de verdere ontwikkeling van het team via coaching, kennisdeling en ondersteuning bij rekrutering.
  • Je beschikt over een masterdiploma in een technische richting en hebt ervaring binnen elektrische infrastructuur en engineering.
  • Je hebt ervaring met het aansturen van een engineeringteam en beschikt over een sterke technische achtergrond.
  • Je bent communicatief, neemt initiatief en denkt oplossingsgericht mee binnen projecten.
  • Je communiceert vlot in het Nederlands en Engels en voelt je thuis in een internationale omgeving met regelmatige verplaatsingen.
