Hoogtechnologische ICT-systemen zorgen voor meer efficiëntie in de belangrijke sociale verantwoordelijkheidsdomeinen van onze klanten zoals werk, gezin en gezondheid. Het eHealthplatform, een beveiligd uitwisselingsplatform voor medische informatie, zal papieren doktersbriefjes en doktersvoorschriften op termijn overbodig maken. Daarnaast zorgt de ICT-service Dimona er voor dat de RSZ de sociale bescherming van 4 miljoen werknemers snel kan laten evolueren, ongeacht hoe snel ze van job veranderen. Handig? Jazeker, en uitdagend ook.

Jobomschrijving

Als Team Lead van het Datawarehouse en BI team werk je voor een belangrijke speler in de sociale zekerheid voor de domeinen werkloosheid, loopbaanonderbreking en tijdskrediet. Je zet je dagdagelijks in om deze organisatie meer datagedreven te maken. Samen met je team zorg je dat data op een gestructureerde manier verzameld en verwerkt worden tot dashboards, rapporten en self service BI producten.

Je werkt voornamelijk in een omgeving die gebruikmaakt van Vaultspeed voor het datawarehouse platform en van Power BI voor de rapportering en dashboarding waarbij de brongegevens voornamelijk uit Microsoft SQL Server of mainframe databanken komen. Daarnaast ontwikkel en onderhoud je integraties met het data platform (Azure, Databricks, Airbyte, Soda, OpenMeta).

Je organiseert, leidt en definieert de doelstellingen van je team. Je begeleidt, coacht en motiveert de leden van het team en moedigt hun persoonlijke ontwikkeling aan. Je waakt over een permanente vorming van vaardigheden zodat de expertise van het team verder ontwikkeld kan worden. Je verzekert dat kennis geborgen en gedeeld wordt in het team.

Je zorgt voor een redelijke en evenwichtige werkverdeling binnen het team aan de hand van een capaciteitsplanning.

Je volgt de diensten geleverd door je team op en evalueert ze zodat ze geoptimaliseerd kunnen worden. Je bewaakt het kwaliteitsniveau en voorziet in normen en richtlijnen om deze te garanderen. Je zet maximaal in op automatisatie en je beschikt over de nodige technische competenties en ervaring zodat je mee kan nadenken over toekomstige wijzigingen en evoluties.

Je werkt nauw samen met de business, het data mining team en de operationele teams om er voor te zorgen dat data op een vlotte manier ter beschikking gesteld wordt en verwerkt tot kwaliteitsvolle rapporteringen en dashboards.

Je bent het eerste aanspreekpunt voor nieuwe opdrachten, werkt deze uit en doet hierbij de nodige afstemming binnen het team en andere betrokken partijen. Je staat eveneens in voor de nodige overdracht naar het management toe.

Je beschikt over een masterdiploma in een IT-richting of gelijkwaardig door ervaring en je beschikt daarnaast over beroepservaring binnen een datawarehouse en BI context. Je hebt minstens 3 jaar een team geleid van een 10-tal mensen.

Je bent bekend met diverse data concepten en tools rond data engineering zoals Data Vault 2.0, CDC, SQL en Python. Je hebt kennis van of ervaring met Microsoft SQL Server, DBT, Airflow, Power BI. Ervaring in Vaultspeed is een plus.

Je kan vlot communiceren, je bent in staat om prioriteiten te stellen en je kan coördineren en motiveren.
