Als Teamleider High-Tech ben je verantwoordelijk voor de dienstverlening aan belangrijke klanten. Je stuurt het team van Failure Analysis Engineers aan en zorgt voor een efficiënte en kwalitatieve aftersalesorganisatie. Daarbij ligt de focus op operationele excellentie, kostenbeheersing, klanttevredenheid en continu verbeteren. Je werkt nauw samen met onder andere klanten, Quality Engineers, Customer Account Teams, Life Cycle Management Teams en andere interne stakeholders. Samen zorg je ervoor dat klantvragen tijdig worden opgelost, processen worden verbeterd en de levensduur van producten wordt verlengd. Als Teamleider ben je verantwoordelijk voor: Het aansturen, begeleiden en ondersteunen van het team van Failure Analysis Engineers. Het bewaken van een tijdige en effectieve afhandeling van klantverzoeken, waaronder Root Cause Analyses, reparaties en upgrades. Het monitoren van KPI's, het stellen van doelstellingen en het zorgen voor aansluiting op de organisatiedoelstellingen. Het samenwerken met Process Engineers om klantserviceprocessen continu te verbeteren. Het coachen, trainen en ontwikkelen van teamleden. Het afhandelen van complexe escalaties en het zorgen voor een snelle en passende oplossing. Het opbouwen en onderhouden van langdurige relaties met belangrijke klanten om een hoge klanttevredenheid te waarborgen. Het beheren van voorraad, gereedschappen, apparatuur en personele inzet voor een efficiënte operatie. Het waarborgen van de geldende veiligheids- en kwaliteitsnormen. Engineering & Management of een vergelijkbare richting. Minimaal 3 jaar ervaring met het aansturen van (technische) teams en performance management. Sterke communicatieve, organisatorische en sociale vaardigheden. Ervaring met het motiveren en begeleiden van een divers team, waarbij een hoge servicekwaliteit centraal staat. Sterke probleemoplossende vaardigheden en het vermogen om snel weloverwogen beslissingen te nemen. Je kunt goed functioneren onder druk en meerdere werkzaamheden tegelijkertijd uitvoeren in een dynamische omgeving. Je beheerst de Engelse taal uitstekend, zowel mondeling als schriftelijk. Hier kom je te werken De organisatie ontwikkelt technologieën die bijdragen aan het oplossen van maatschappelijke uitdagingen. Denk hierbij aan innovaties voor betere medische beeldvorming, het verminderen van de afhankelijkheid van fossiele brandstoffen en het beperken van luchtvervuiling.
