Team Lead Workshop PDI Full Time Emmeloord Functieomschrijving De PDI-afdeling (Pre Delivery Inspection) is de afleverwerkplaats van SMT. Hier worden nieuwe machines gereedgemaakt voor aflevering aan de klant. Van het opbouwen van opties tot de laatste controles: de PDI speelt een cruciale rol in het afleveren van kwalitatief hoogwaardige machines. Je komt terecht in een enthousiast en betrokken team van leerling monteurs tot ervaren vakspecialisten. In deze rol ligt er een mooie uitdaging voor jou om de afdeling verder te ontwikkelen en klaar te maken voor de toekomst. Daarom zijn wij op zoek naar een Team Lead Workshop PDI die niet alleen zorgt voor een soepel verloop van de dagelijkse werkzaamheden, maar vooral vooruitkijkt, mensen ontwikkelt en richting geeft aan de verdere groei van de afdeling. Wat zijn jouw verantwoordelijkheden: - Leidinggeven aan het PDI team, zorgen voor een optimale samenwerking, Coachen, begeleiden en ontwikkelen van de medewerkers; - Jij bent verantwoordelijk voor de dagelijkse aansturing en planning van je team. Daarnaast ben je onder andere ook verantwoordelijk voor het voeren van verzuim-, ontwikkel- en beoordelingsgesprekken binnen je team; - Je bent een inspirerende coach voor je team, door je wijze van communiceren weet je het team te inspireren en motiveren zodat bedrijfsdoelstellingen gerealiseerd worden; - Het optimaliseren en borgen van processen. Waarbij je bij knelpunten in het proces proactief analyseert, prioriteert en de juiste beslissing weet te nemen om tot een oplossing te komen; - Je bent eigenaar van alle QESH relateerde zaken binnen je afdeling. Vanuit deze hoedanigheid controleer je op correcte naleving van regels, onderneem je actie waar nodig als kwaliteits-, veiligheids-. milieu- of Arbo voorschriften in het geding zijn; - Creëren van een duidelijke visie op de toekomst van de afdeling en deze vertalen naar een concreet jaarplan.
