Onze klant is gespecialiseerd in tijdelijke energie en verlichting op events, bouwwerven en industrie. Onze klant verhuurt, verkoopt en installeert hiervoor dieselgeneratoren, batterijsystemen, lichtmasten en alle nodige kabels en verdeelkasten.

Jobomschrijving

Unique Office Waregem is op zoek naar een Team Lead Internal Sales voor een bedrijf in Kruishoutem.

Jouw takenpakket:

  • Je organiseert en optimaliseert de werking van het internal sales team.
  • Je zorgt voor duidelijke processen, rolverdelingen en opvolging binnen het ERP-systeem.
  • Je implementeert een gestructureerde offerteopvolging met focus op conversie en resultaten.
  • Je coacht medewerkers en helpt hen groeien in hun commerciële vaardigheden.
  • Je werkt nauw samen met buitendienst, techniek, logistiek en planning.
  • Je rapporteert resultaten zoals offertevolume, conversie, marge en teamperformantie.
  • Je versterkt de samenwerking tussen verschillende sales teams binnen de groep.

Zelf Commercieel actief:

  • Je beheert eigen klantendossiers van aanvraag tot order en nazorg.
  • Je detecteert opportuniteiten en zet deze om in concrete resultaten.
  • Je adviseert klanten over technische oplossingen, waaronder energie-, hybride- en batterijtoepassingen.
  • Je neemt complexe of strategische dossiers zelf in handen.
  • Je springt bij tijdens drukke periodes.

Wat verwachten wij van jou?

  • 3 tot 7 jaar ervaring binnen internal sales, commerciële binnendienst of customer service in een technische omgeving.
  • Eerste ervaring in leidinggeven of het opnemen van verantwoordelijkheid binnen een team.
  • Sterke organisatorische en communicatieve vaardigheden.
  • Commerciële mindset met focus op groei, marge en klantrelaties.
  • Vlot in ERP-systemen en Excel.
  • Professionele kennis Nederlands en een goede basis Frans en Engels.

Mooi meegeonomen :

  • Ervaring in verhuur, energie, verlichting, klimaattechniek of een vergelijkbare sector.
  • Kennis van procesoptimalisatie of ERP-implementaties.
  • Ervaring binnen een groeiende of veranderende organisatie.
  • Interesse in duurzame en energie-efficiënte oplossingen.
