Would you like to contribute to something meaningful and work with us on our mission? This is your chance. We are looking for dedicated people to enrich our team. 1 Team Lead Major Gifts and Legacy Fundraising (Team Driver) Your contribution will be

* Lead and manage the team of Major Donor, Mid-Level Donor and Legacy Fundraisers at FOUR PAWS Austria on both strategic and operational levels

* Develop and implement Leadership Giving strategies, processes and fundraising plans, including donor acquisition, cultivation, stewardship and retention strategies

* Collaborate closely with national and international teams particularly across the DACH region to ensure effective information sharing

* Drive the development, implementation and continuous improvement of Leadership Giving

* Manage budgets, KPIs and reporting for Leadership Giving activities

* Represent FOUR PAWS Austria at partner, networking and events

* Play a key role in annual fundraising planning and ensure successful implementation of agreed fundraising initiatives

* Oversee complex donor cases and support the team in strategic donor cultivation, stewardship and relationship management

Your profile ideally illustrates

* Several years of experience in fundraising, ideally in major gifts or leadership giving

* Fluency in German and strong English language skills

* Leadership experience with the ability to motivate, coach and develop high-performing teams.

* Strong presentation and communication skills

* Passion for animal welfare and commitment to FOUR PAWS' mission
