We zoeken een collega die past bij dit profiel: - Je bent een leider met visie op marketing en fondsenwerving. Je volgt ontwikkelingen in de markt, acteert hierop en weet je team te motiveren. Je werkt mee met je collega's én bent een stevige sparringpartner voor het MT. - Je bent marketeer in hart en nieren. Je denkt creatief, werkt proactief en ziet kansen om Red een Kind sterker zichtbaar te maken bij onze achterban en potentiële nieuwe gevers. - Je werkt graag met data. Je gebruikt cijfers en inzichten om goede keuzes te maken en vertaalt die naar een duidelijke strategie die ervoor zorgt dat targets gehaald worden. Daarnaast werk en denk je op hbo+-niveau. Je spreekt en schrijft uitstekend Nederlands en Engels. Je leeft en werkt net als je collega's vanuit het christelijke geloof, dat ook in je dagelijks leven van betekenis is. Wat ga je doen?
