Vacature | Team Lead bij Miles Research Vacature | Team Lead bij Miles Research Wie we zijn (en wat we anders doen) Bij Miles Research brengen we in kaart wat mensen echt denken en vinden. Niet om rapporten vol te stoppen met data, maar om onze klanten te helpen betere keuzes te maken. Met een eigen aanpak die nieuwsgierig is, slim gebouwd, mensgericht en pragmatisch. We zijn klein genoeg om snel en persoonlijk te zijn, maar met ruim 20 mensen ook groot genoeg om echt impact te maken. We groeien hard, vooral omdat we voorop lopen in innovatie. Denk aan onderzoek via WhatsApp, video, spraak, waarbij slimme AI toepassingen vaak een ondersteunde rol hebben. Tooling die we zelf bouwen omdat het nóg beter kan. We zoeken iemand die er energie van krijgt hieraan bij te dragen en mee te denken. Wat je gaat doen Deze functies heeft een aantal verschillende rollen. Dit maakt het dynamisch, het is wel belangrijk dat je als persoon goed kunt schakelen tussen de rollen. Als teamlead stuur je een klein team van 2-3 mensen aan. Samen maak je keuzes in projecten en waar nodig coach je de mensen. Als team heb je een groep van klanten onder je hoede. Projecten voor deze klanten pakken jullie op, je bewaakt de kwaliteit van de projecten en zorgt voor optimaal contact. Je bent niet commercieel eindverantwoordelijk, maar bent wel betrokken bij bijvoorbeeld voorstellen, afstemmen van meer project-overstijgende samenwerking met de klant en volgt gedurende het jaar hoe het loopt bij de klanten in de portfolio. Een tweede rol is meer strategisch van aard. Samen met de andere teamleads en een deel van de directie denk je meer over de koers van het bedrijf binnen het leadership team. Dit geeft veel ruimte voor inbreng van eigen ideeën op het gebied van strategie en innovatie of personeelsbeleid.
