Wir suchen eine erfahrene Führungspersönlichkeit mit echter Leidenschaft für Fahrzeugtechnologie, Antriebsstränge und Performance. Verstärke unser Team in Gunskirchen als 1 Team Lead Powertrain Calibration (w/m/d) In dieser Schlüsselposition führst du ein internationales Team hochqualifizierter Kalibrierungsspezialist:innen und verantwortest sowohl deren fachliche Weiterentwicklung als auch die Weiterentwicklung des Teams. Du stellst die erfolgreiche Entwicklung komplexer Kalibrierungslösungen sicher und treibst gleichzeitig die kontinuierliche Verbesserung von Prozessen, Methoden und Engineering-Standards voran:

* Führung, Coaching und Weiterentwicklung eines globalen, bereichsübergreifenden Teams im Bereich Powertrain Calibration

* Steuerung der Ressourcenplanung sowie Priorisierung eines vielfältigen Portfolios an Entwicklungsprojekten

* Überwachung des Kalibrierungsfortschritts und Sicherstellung der Einhaltung von Entwicklungsmeilensteinen

* Weiterentwicklung und kontinuierliche Optimierung von Kalibrierungsprozessen und Engineering-Methoden

* Definition und Implementierung neuer Regelungs- und Kalibrierungsfunktionen zur Erfüllung von Kundenanforderungen und zur Steigerung der Produktperformance

* Sicherstellung der termingerechten und qualitativ hochwertigen Bereitstellung von Kalibrierungslösungen von der Prototypenphase bis zur Serienproduktion

* Verantwortung für Budgets, Ressourcen und technische Prioritäten

Deine Qualifikationen und Erfahrungen

* Nachweisbare Erfolge in der Automobil-, Powersports-, Motorsport- oder Nutzfahrzeugindustrie

* Umfassende technische Expertise in den Bereichen Kalibrierung, Antriebsstrang- und Fahrzeugentwicklung

* Tiefgehendes Verständnis von Verbrennungsmotoren, Antriebsstrang- bzw. Fahrzeugsteuerungssystemen sowie Kalibrierungsmethoden

* Erfahrung in der Führung technischer Expert:innen und leistungsstarker Engineering-Teams

* Ausgeprägte Kompetenz im Management von Ressourcen, Budgets und komplexen bereichsübergreifenden Entwicklungsprogrammen

* Ein kooperativer und motivierender Führungsstil kombiniert mit klarer Orientierung, Verantwortungsbewusstsein und Leidenschaft für die Entwicklung von Mitarbeitenden

* Verhandlungssichere Englischkenntnisse; Deutsch ist von Vorteil, Französisch ein Plus
