Voor onze productiesite in Merksem zijn we momenteel op zoek naar een

Team Lead Reiniging & Hygiëne

Als Teamlead Reinigin & Hygiëne zorg je ervoor dat ons periodiek reinigingsprogramma correct, veilig en efficiënt wordt uitgevoerd. Je combineert hans-on aanpak met het aansturren van een klein team en denkt actief mee over verbeteringen.

Wat ga je doen?

Je voert het periodieke reinigingsprogramma uit en zorgt voor een grondige reiniging van onze installaties.

Je demonteert en monteert onder andere leidingen, filters, kleppen en doseerschroeven.

Je voert dagelijkse controlerondes uit op kritische punten binnen het productieproces.

Je signaleert verbeterpunten en werkt mee aan de optimalisaties van het reinigingsprogramma, procedures en reinigingsfrequenties.

Je stuurt een team van 2 medewerkers aan en werkt zelf actief mee op de werkvloer.

Daarnaast coördineer en volg je de werkzaamheden op van een wisselende ploeg van een externe reinigingsfirma. Je zorgt ervoor dat zij duidelijke instructies krijgen en dat de werkzaamheden correct, veilig en volgens de gemaakte afspraken worden uitgevoerd.

Je rapporteert aan de Production Manager via dagelijks overleg en een wekelijks opvolgmoment.

Je werkt in dagdienst en bent, indien nodig, bereid om je werkdag uitzonderlijk vroeger te starten.

· Je hebt een sterke interesse in techniek en industriële installaties.

· Je werkt nauwkeurig en hebt oog voor orde, netheid en hygiëne.

· Je neemt verantwoordelijkheid en weet collega's op een positieve manier aan te sturen.

· Je communiceert vlot met collega's uit verschillende afdelingen.

· Ervaring in de voedingsindustrie is mooi meegenomen, maar geen vereiste.

· Veilig werken staat voor jou altijd op de eerste plaats.

· Je beheerst het Nederlands uitstekend.
