Als Teamleider SMD & PCBA ben je verantwoordelijk voor het aansturen van de SMD-productieafdeling. Je zorgt ervoor dat de dagelijkse productie soepel verloopt en motiveert jouw team om de gestelde doelstellingen op het gebied van output, kwaliteit en continu verbeteren te behalen. Door medewerkers effectief in te zetten, zorg je ervoor dat de productieplanning dagelijks wordt gerealiseerd. Het aansturen, coachen en motiveren van jouw team om productiedoelstellingen te behalen. Het bewaken van de voortgang van de productie en waar nodig bijsturen om de gewenste output te realiseren. Het dagelijks aansturen van de werkzaamheden binnen de afdeling en het rapporteren van de resultaten aan het management. Het optimaal inzetten van medewerkers, machines en materialen. Het begeleiden, trainen en ontwikkelen van medewerkers, inclusief het voeren van functionerings- en ontwikkelgesprekken. Het voeren van sollicitatiegesprekken voor nieuwe teamleden. Het bewaken en verbeteren van de kwaliteit van complexe producten. Het stimuleren en implementeren van 5S en continu verbeterinitiatieven op de productievloer. Het uitvoeren van personeelsgerelateerde werkzaamheden, waaronder werving, verzuimbegeleiding en performance management. Je werkt samen met een team van acht Teamleiders binnen de PCBA-afdeling in een tweeploegendienst. Arbeidsvoorwaarden Een persoonlijk ontwikkel- en opleidingsplan. Ervaring met het aansturen, motiveren en ontwikkelen van medewerkers. Een hands-on

mentaliteit en een proactieve instelling. Sterke analytische vaardigheden en het vermogen om onderbouwde beslissingen te nemen. Je durft knopen door te hakken wanneer dat nodig is. Goede communicatieve vaardigheden in het Engels. Je weet de kwaliteiten van teamleden optimaal te benutten. Je bent kwaliteitsbewust en hebt kennis van kwaliteitsprocessen.
