1 Team Lead Software Development, Warehouse Control Systems (m/w/x) #yourmission * Du übernimmst die fachliche Führung unseres Software-Entwicklungs-Teams im Customer Service und treibst dessen strategische sowie fachliche Weiterentwicklung aktiv voran. * Als Teil des operativen Teams planst du softwareseitig unsere automatisierten Lager-Logistik-Lösungen, verantwortest Projekte und fungierst als Schnittstelle zu internen sowie externen Stakeholdern. * Du arbeitest aktiv an Funktionen und Erweiterungen für Lagerprozesse, Materialfluss, Steuerungslogik, Schnittstellen und kundenspezifische Anforderungen und unterstützt dein Team bei der erfolgreichen Umsetzung. * Du entwickelst Software mit modernen Technologien wie Java, SQL, PL/SQL oder vergleichbaren Frameworks. * Du arbeitest mit relationalen Datenbanken (Oracle), analysierst Datenmodelle und beurteilst Datenbanklogik, Abfragen sowie Performance-Themen. * Du integrierst Dritt- und Umsysteme über Schnittstellen, APIs, Nachrichtenflüsse oder projektspezifische Integrationen. * Du unterstützt bei Fehleranalyse, Reproduktion, Bugfixing und der Optimierung bestehender Softwarelösungen. * Du arbeitest eng mit Softwarearchitekt:innen, Entwickler:innen, Tester:innen, Expert:innen und technischen Projektleiter:innen zusammen und nutzt dabei Tools wie Jira, DevOps, Confluence, SharePoint und Teams. * Du bringst dein Verständnis für reale Lagerprozesse ein und sorgst für praxistaugliche, stabile und wartbare Lösungen. * Du wirkst aktiv an Code Reviews, technischen Konzepten, Tests sowie an der kontinuierlichen Verbesserung unserer Softwarequalität mit.

#youareknapp * Du hast eine abgeschlossene Ausbildung im Bereich Softwareentwicklung, Informatik, Software Engineering oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation wie HTL, FH, TU oder entsprechende Praxiserfahrung. * Du verfügst über mehrjährige Erfahrung in der Softwareentwicklung, idealerweise im Umfeld Intralogistik, Warehouse Management, Warehouse Control, Automatisierung, Materialfluss oder Supply Chain Software. * Du besitzt fundierte Kenntnisse in mindestens einer objektorientierten Programmiersprache wie Java oder C#. * Du verstehst relationale Datenbanken und hast Erfahrung mit SQL; Kenntnisse in Oracle oder PL/SQL sind von Vorteil. * Du kennst gängige Entwicklungswerkzeuge wie Git, IntelliJ, Eclipse, Visual Studio, Maven, Jenkins, Jira oder Confluence. * Du bringst ein gutes Verständnis für Schnittstellen, Datenflüsse, Logs, Fehlersuche und Systemintegration mit. * Du verfügst über das entsprechende Auftreten und Feingefühl, um ein Team zu führen und zu inspirieren. * Du kommunizierst sicher in Deutsch und Englisch und arbeitest gerne mit internationalen Projektteams und Stakeholdern zusammen.

Das Mindestgehalt für diese Position liegt bei brutto EUR 3.900,- pro Monat (38,5 Wochenstunden / KV für Metallgewerbe).
